Our Policy
Neuland® has vested Neuland AFRICA CC with the
rights of sole agency for
Neuland® products and services in South Africa as well as promoting
sales of Neuland products and services elsewhere in Africa.
We assist our Clients to...
- select Neuland® products and services which address their
needs best
- place their orders directly at Neuland® factory
- save transaction
costs because we do not hold stocks and do not add redistribution
costs
Our products are normally sent via airfreight from
our manufacture in Eichenzell, Germany, and the delivery time is
based on 4-8 business days for regular size products. For oversized
products take between 14-20 business days. Large orders of multiple
boards and flipcharts are sent on a pallet via sea or airfreight.
For
locations within South Africa we link our clients to a very professional
forwarding agency located at O.R. Tambo International
Airport. Courier Services normally apply for express delivery services.

our clients have received their Neuland® products we provide
a whole range of after sales services...
